workshop to manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementations with Microsoft
Dynamics Sure Step focusing on the project Management area of Microsoft
Dynamics Sure Step 2010. Mostly students have taken for granted the role of a
project manager as they complete a case study involving the implementation
Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Tailspin Toys , a fictitious customer support.
In this workshop Microsoft trainer has provided the
guidance using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step from project manager’s
perspective as students complete each phase of the implementation steps.
Whereas in hand on training project manager have to perform tasks for
initiation planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Learners are asked to
perform complete variety of Sure Step documents and make strategic and
critical implementation decisions during each implementation step.
I have also interviewed many students who have
participated in the two days workshop of Microsoft even then students have a
exam fear to pass the exam in the first attempt. That is why, students give
preference to have practice questions and answers from IT certification
vendors of MB5 858 before appearing the actual exam.
