This exam 642 437 falls under CCNP voice certification formerly it is known as CCVP. This exam is also associated with Rich Media Communication Specialist. This exam is available in English and Japanese language. Student can take this exam at Pearson VUE. Exam duration is 90 minutes and students needs to answer 60 to 70 questions.

Prerequisites

The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are as follows:
